The President in Green Bay, WI

President Barack Obama was on the Town Hall trail again, this time to gain popular support for his health care initiatives. Green Bay, the city of Packers and cheeseheads, was one of his stops yesterday. And yes, the President gave a little girl, Kennedy Corpus, a note to give to her teacher that on the last day of school, she was playing hooky with her dad to see him.

Not actually political news, but it has that common touch: the President of the United States is a parent who has young daughters who occasionally need notes to their teacher(s). And so it goes.
