BREAKING: Tiger Woods Will Make a Public Statement at a Press Conference Friday
Tiger Woods will break his silence Friday, (February 19) speaking publicly for the first time since his personal life unraveled amid allegations of infidelity.
The golfer plans to speak at 11 a.m. EST, but will not take questions, according to CNBC’s Darren Rovell.
Woods will speak to a small group in Florida, according to his agent, Mark Steinberg.
“Tiger Woods will be speaking to a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates at the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida,” Steinberg said. “Tiger plans to discuss his past and his future and he plans to apologize for his behavior.”
This is going to be something else, no matter what he says. And it will be at the PGA headquarters as well. This is big.
Of course, this is a developing story, so stay tuned.
For updates between now and Friday, I suggest that you click one of the RSS feeds from The Washington Post, The New York Times, or The San Francisco Chronicle that may have such information. Scroll down on the right side of the blog.
So far, though, there are unconfirmed reports that Elin Nordegren Woods refuses to move back into the house with him, living just down the road, and that he is with his children at their home.
And another jumpoff as surfaced saying that she became pregnant twice while involved with Woods, even while Elin Woods was pregnant with their daughter.
Let’s let it all hang out, within reason, Tiger. I am getting tired of these broads wanting their 15 minutes and claiming that they love you or once loved you, and wanting to get paid instead.
