Climbing Those Dreaded Stairs
I hate climbing stairs, too. But climbing stairs helps to burn calories and to keep cardiovascular fitness.
This little video from Sweden shows how some brilliant people with a simple idea changed the behavior of those who would rather use an escalator than a flight of stairs.
